O time brasileiro ser\u00e1 liderado pelo cearense <strong>Brunno Malheiros<\/strong>, da padaria <strong>Cheiro do P\u00e3o<\/strong>, localizada em Fortaleza. O evento acontece entre os dias <strong>14 e 18 de outubro de 2025<\/strong>, na It\u00e1lia, passando por <strong>Mil\u00e3o<\/strong> e <strong>Verona<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A prepara\u00e7\u00e3o j\u00e1 come\u00e7ou e inclui reuni\u00f5es semanais e quinzenais, testes de receitas, treinamentos individuais e coletivos, al\u00e9m do desenvolvimento do projeto cenogr\u00e1fico da mesa de apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o. O convite para chefiar a equipe partiu de <strong>Henrique Cavazotti<\/strong>, representante no pa\u00eds da Le5 Stagioni, GiMetal e Scuola Italiana Pizzaioli. \u201c\u00c9 a estreia do nosso pa\u00eds nessa competi\u00e7\u00e3o, que tem forte relev\u00e2ncia no cen\u00e1rio mundial da panifica\u00e7\u00e3o e do universo do panettone\u201d, destaca Malheiros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3>A competi\u00e7\u00e3o<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>O <strong>Panettone World Championship<\/strong> surgiu para celebrar tradi\u00e7\u00e3o e inova\u00e7\u00e3o no preparo do panettone, sempre com fermenta\u00e7\u00e3o natural e sem aditivos qu\u00edmicos. No Brasil, a iguaria pode ser encontrada o ano inteiro na Cheiro do P\u00e3o, no bairro Papicu, que tamb\u00e9m realiza entregas nacionais.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nesta edi\u00e7\u00e3o, os competidores disputar\u00e3o t\u00edtulos como: <strong>Melhor Panettone Cl\u00e1ssico<\/strong>, <strong>Melhor Chocotone<\/strong>, <strong>Panettone Inovador com Sorvete<\/strong>, <strong>Melhor Sobremesa Monopor\u00e7\u00e3o criada a partir do Panettone Cl\u00e1ssico<\/strong>, <strong>Melhor \u201cFlor\u201d de Fermento Natural<\/strong>, <strong>Panettone Decorado<\/strong> e <strong>Melhor Equipe<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al\u00e9m disso, haver\u00e1 premia\u00e7\u00f5es paralelas em Mil\u00e3o, como <strong>Melhor Mesa Decorada<\/strong>, <strong>Melhor embalagem para panettone com sorvete<\/strong> e <strong>Melhor folheto explicativo<\/strong>.
